Justyna Winiarska

A producer with more than ten years of experience in film, advertising and content production. She has worked for production houses and agencies as well as on the client side, giving her a thorough understanding of the entire production process — from the initial brief and budget, through pre-production and the shoot, to postproduction and final delivery.

Her day-to-day work combines organisation and careful control of budgets and deadlines with effective team management and close collaboration with clients, directors, crews and suppliers. She appreciates a well-planned production, while knowing that the unexpected can always happen on set — and that this is when experience, composure and the ability to find solutions quickly matter most.

She has experience leading a wide range of projects and teams. Her work is grounded in clear communication, a collaborative approach and efficient delivery from start to finish.
