Visiting the website and server logs

When you visit the website, the server may automatically record standard technical information needed to handle an HTTP request and protect the service, in particular the IP address, request time, requested resource, response status and basic browser information.

Hosting is provided by dhosting. Technical data may be accessible to the controller and the infrastructure provider to the extent necessary to operate and diagnose the website, maintain security and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Logs may be retained for as long as necessary for these purposes, in accordance with the rules of the hosting infrastructure. This policy does not state an unverified fixed retention period.

Voluntary contact by e-mail

The website has no contact form. If a user voluntarily sends an e-mail, the controller processes the data contained in that message only as needed to reply, conduct correspondence, handle the enquiry or discuss possible further cooperation.

Depending on the nature of the matter, the legal basis is: the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence and enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; taking steps at the person’s request before entering into a contract or performing a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; or compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Data is retained until the correspondence and matter have been completed, and afterwards only where and for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Recipients of data

Data may be made available only to service providers needed to operate the website and communications: dhosting as the hosting and IT-infrastructure provider, the e-mail service provider and providers of necessary technical support. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where required by law.

The controller does not sell personal data or disclose it to other parties for their own marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EEA

Displaying the MAMA FILMS website does not connect to external services or transfer data through embedded third-party components. Any transfers connected with hosting or e-mail services depend on their providers’ configuration and terms; this policy does not assign an unverified infrastructure location to them.

If such a service involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it must take place with the safeguards required by Chapter V GDPR. Information relevant to a specific matter can be requested from the controller.

Your rights

To the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and exercise the right to data portability where applicable.

Requests may be sent to grupa@marketingowa.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) if you believe that your data is processed unlawfully.

Cookies

The current version of the website does not use cookies or similar mechanisms for analytics, advertising or profiling. In this configuration, the website does not require a cookie-consent banner.

External links

The website contains ordinary links to external services and social-media profiles but does not embed their components. Merely displaying this website sends no request to those services. After clicking a link, you enter a third party’s service, which applies its own privacy rules.

Profiling and policy updates

The website does not make automated decisions or profile users based on their activity on the website.

This policy will be updated before analytics, external players, forms, marketing tools or other technologies that change the processing described above are added.
